PROJECT LUXURY LOFT
The Leslieville loft is a stunning space with multiple skylights, two floors and 30-ft ceilings.
Originally, the space was ready to move in. However, the client reached out to Juniper to accomplish a huge full renovation.
The finished project includes a wraparound glass wall in the second floor master bedroom, an open concept master bathroom with a skylight, exposed brick wall in the living room and a dream kitchen equipped with a 15 ft kitchen island.

PROJECT CLAREMONT
The Little Italy detached home is undergoing a full renovation. Juniper is proud to collaborate with Jason Fung Architect as we take on this custom home build together.
Here are some exciting elements to this home makeover:
Front Brick Facade - The entire home's front bricks will be restored and replaced with imperial modular bricks in an intricate primary colour pattern with blue, yellow and red bricks.
Removal of Previously Built Additions - The Juniper team has demolished the old additions to strip back to the original structure. Our client has now gained more backyard space by removing these additions.
Third Floor Extension - Prior to demolition, the original home had an attic room. We plan to build a third-storey and build a new roof structure.
